I have worked with .NET systems for more than 14 years across applied research, enterprise environments, and analytics platforms.

I focus on established systems that need to run reliably in day-to-day operations while remaining safe to change in controlled steps.

I stabilize existing systems and share knowledge with your team so they can continue independently. I am open about what is feasible and where the limits are.

Code Forensic Assessment The paid Code Forensic Assessment is a deep, data-driven analysis of your system. I combine evidence from Git history, code metrics, and bug metrics with data science methods and my experience. This identifies current failures and issues, brings the biggest risks and strongest opportunities for improvement into view, and gives you a clear overall understanding of your system.Stabilization Project In the stabilization project, I implement the prioritized measures together with your team. We protect critical paths with tests and stabilize build, deployment, CI/CD, the release process, and the architecture. Knowledge transfer and shared standards are part of the delivery.Future Readiness Once the system is stable, I prepare it for Industry 4.0: OPC UA integration, Asset Administration Shell (AAS), and technical preparation for regulatory requirements such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
